I offer general individual counselling, both time limited and longer term work. I see clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement and difficulties with relationships.
I have a special interest in cultural and language issues, and also see clients for whom English is a later learned language. Spirituality and creativity are important to me and I believe that each client has their own resources and potential for change.
I work mainly in a psychodynamic way, but I also use other approaches in my work according to the needs of the individual client.
