My counselling practice offers a safe environment where difficult issues can be addressed non-judgementally. I believe ways of relating are established in our early years, and acknowledging past responses can enable us to be more self-aware, enabling growth in our present relationships.
My particular interests are in bereavement and loss in all their forms, relationship difficulties, anxiety and post-natal depression.
After an initial assessment during which we would decide if we can work with one another or not, my fee is £35 for each weekly session. Lower fee places are sometimes available.
