I offer counselling and body-oriented psychotherapy. This can be very effective for any chronic somatic disorders and also for trauma, relationship and bereavement issues.
Sometimes a hands-on approach (light touch, massage or craniosacral therapy) can be a powerful tool to choose. I also have training in NLP, EMDR, Deep Memory Process and Shamanic Counselling, and I can integrate these methods into the therapy process when needed.
I offer short-term and long-term therapy. Sessions are normally one hour; longer sessions may be agreed beforehand. I am happy to answer any questions on the phone.
