I work with individuals (including young people) and couples drawing on a range of approaches.I am influenced by psychodynamic theory and believe that experiences in our early life influence how we are in relationships and friendships and how we approach and manage the challenges that we face as adults.
I have 18 years experience of working privately and in organisations as a therapist.I work with people who are depressed, have relationship difficulties, problems with identity and self image, eating disorders or who have been emotionaly or sexualy abused.
